Gaze Upon the Darkened Sky As I look into the heaven, I see your smile. A smile that takes our distance away. You are in my heart, for now it is as close as we can be. My soul reaches into the universe, for a glimpse of your shining star. To see, to feel, to be one with who you are. Hear my heart beat as the stillness of the night descends, upon my body. Feel the warmth radiant from my lovely form. You hold my heart, with your silver tongue. You have managed to capture me with your coolness of style. You have avenged me, in a way no other has before. As I look into the darkened sky, I long to be in your sweet embrace. For I will stand here, until the morning dawn. Gazing upon your star, for that is all I have to hold, until the day we unite.
